Samir Inamdar, Cricket Kenya's chairman, has revealed plans to ensure that Kenya are prepared for the ICC World Cup Qualifiers next April.

Kenya suffered a series of setbacks in 2008, but Inamdar made clear that the side would be ready by the time of the tournament.

"There's no need to worry about the team's preparations.

We have short-term plans in place for the team to enable them qualify for the World Cup.
